Play Castle Maintenance Guide: Use the Right Chemicals and Do a good job in Maintenance to Make Children Play More at ease!
I. How to use maintenance agents? (3 simple steps, easy to understand at a glance
Our maintenance agents are divided into two categories: cleaning and disinfecting water and softening and protective agents. They are all specially customized for the materials of the play castle (plastic, sponge, fabric), safe and non-irritating. Parents can use them with confidence!
  1. Clean and disinfect (use daily to prevent bacteria)
Usage: Mix 1 bottle of disinfectant with 5 liters of water (approximately the amount of 10 bottles of mineral water), stir well, then use a clean cloth dipped in it to wipe, or put it in a spray bottle and spray it on the surface of the play castle. Let it stand for 5 minutes, then wipe it once with clean water and dry it.
• Applicable places: The surfaces of slides, ocean balls, climbing nets, and soft enclosures (the fabric parts can be directly sprayed and wiped on the surface respectively).
• A small reminder: For ocean balls, you can use a large basin filled with water, put the balls in and let them soak for 10 minutes. Then take them out and let them dry. Soaking them once a week is sufficient.
2. Softening protective agent (Use once a month to prevent aging)
• Usage: Mix 1 bottle of protective agent with 8 liters of water. Evenly wipe it on plastic slides and PVC material fences with a cloth. No need to wipe it with water again. Let it dry naturally.
• Function: Prevent plastic from becoming brittle and cracking, keep soft materials soft, and prevent peeling and color fading.
• A little reminder: Don't wipe into the sponge. Just wipe the surface!
Ii. Daily Maintenance Methods (5 minutes a Day, Worry-free and Durable)
Do it every day (before opening/after closing)
• Sweep: Use a broom to clean up the sand, small stones and snack crumbs in the play castle, especially the bottom of the slide and the corners of the ball pool.
• Wipe: Use the prepared cleaning and disinfectant solution, and focus on wiping the areas that children often touch (such as the handrails of slides, the grips of climbing frames, and the steps at the entrance).
Check: See if the screws are loose, if the rope is broken, and if there are any holes in the sponge. Tighten or repair them in time if there are any problems.
2. It must be done every week
• Wash: Soak the ocean balls and soft building blocks in disinfectant and then dry them. Wipe the fabric parts (such as tents and climbing MATS) with clean water and let them dry in a well-ventilated area.
• Unclog: Open the ventilation holes of the play castle or blow it with a fan for 1 hour to keep the interior dry and prevent mold.
3. It must be done every month
• Care: Wipe all plastic and PVC components with a softening protective agent to extend their service life.
• Check: Carefully inspect the welding points, rope joints, and screw fixation points. If any are loose or damaged, contact us for repair in a timely manner.
Iii. Key Precautions (Don't Forget These!)
  1. Do not mix chemicals: Cleaning disinfectant and softening protective agent should be used separately and not mixed together, otherwise it will affect the effect.
  2. Avoid these pitfalls: Do not use hard-bristled brushes or steel wool balls to scrub, as they may scratch plastic and fabric. Do not use strong corrosive substances such as 84 disinfectant or alcohol, as they can cause the material to age and crack.
  3. Keep dry: Do not let children use it immediately after rainy days. Make sure it is well-ventilated and dried to prevent slipping and mold.
  4. Control the number of people: Do not use it beyond its capacity. For example, only one child can go on the slide at a time, and do not squeeze too many people onto the climbing frame to avoid component damage.
  5. Deal with problems promptly: If you find any damage, looseness, unpleasant smell or mold, stop using it immediately and then contact our after-sales service. Do not make do with it!
Four. To sum up
Maintenance is actually very simple: wipe it every day, wash it every week, and take care of it every month. Keep it dry and don't use the wrong things. Then the play castle will always be clean, sturdy and durable. Children will have fun and parents will be at ease!
